1. What do you do?

CBL Bags is a company born and set in Barcelona in 2015, which offers luxury handbags’ fans the opportunity to sell, exchange or recycle top brand items they wish to be worth more, or, also, the chance to acquire pre-owned articles in mint state of conservation while offering our clients our expertise and superb quality products in order to fulfil their expectations.

We also have over 35 years experience in both antique art and collection pieces. We specialise in European, Oriental and Colonial Art dating from the 17th – 20th centuries.

2. Where can I find the Showroom?

Our showroom is located in the heart of Barcelona, more precisely at Rosselló 273, 08008. You can find us between Paseo de Gracia and Pau Claris streets, being Diagonal the nearest underground station corresponding to lines green (L3) and blue (L5). Besides, there is a parking lot just 10 meters away from our establishment.

3. Do you buy and sell other brands than Hermès, Chanel and Louis Vuitton?

Even we specialize in Hermès, Chanel and Louis Vuitton, don’t hesitate on contacting us if you are interested in selling or buying other brands like Gucci, Dior, Loewe, etc. We will be pleased to help you!

4. If I want to sell my bag, can I do it at the moment?

If we are interested in your item and you accept our offer, we will pay you at the moment. This item will be part of our collection. Its simple! We buy, you sell.

5. Can I go straight to your Showroom to sell my bag?

Of course! We want to make it easy for you. If you live in Barcelona or you have the chance to come to our Showroom, you have to make an appointment with us first. You can also do that calling the number (+34) 93 461 48 50, via WhatsApp (+34) 689 500 500, or sending an email to info@cblbags.com.

Once the appointment is booked and confirmed, you need to bring your bag so we can finish the buying-selling process. We assure you personalized attention and the utmost discretion.

 

6. Can I sell my bag even if I can't visit your Showroom?

Absolutely! If you can’t visit our showroom, you just need to follow a quick and easy process. You can check the steps

7. How does the valuation process work?

Our valuation is set depending on the second hand market prices. Also there are several factors to be taken into account: the brand, style, year, accessories you may preserve, etc.

8. Can I be certain that the item I’m buying is authentic?

We guarantee the authenticity of all our items. We do not buy or sell counterfeit, replicas or any item that its authenticity is questionable to our experts. We assure our products are 100% genuine and every doubtful item is automatically dismissed. Besides, we never replace parts or materials from our items to keep their original value.

Our experts examine thoroughly every item regarding the manufacture and state of conservation, and they all comply with the strict enforcement of laws on the sale of used goods to make sure they are not stolen. In addition, CBL Bags provides a Certificate of Authenticity.

9. Is it possible to buy through the website?

Of course! In our Catalog you will find all the available items we have at the moment. Every item description features the bag details and condition. Also, all the Catalog images are taken at our study fitting the selling bag.

10. Is it safe to buy at CBL Bags?

Yes. Our web payments are processed through PayPal; a secure payment system responsible to manage all the payment information. Also, all the bank data goes to our server through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and it’s transfer to a completely save environment.

11. Which are the paying options?

You can pay through PayPal, credit card or wire transfer.

12. Is it VAT or any other duty on your products?

As our products are second hand and we buy mainly from private individuals, prices are subject to VAT for second hand goods (REBU in Spain, similar to VAT Margin Scheme). When we sell second hand goods, the VAT is included in the invoice and it’s non tax deductible.

13. Can I get a tax refund on any goods I purchase from you?

As our products are second hand and therefore subject to VAT for second hand goods, tax cannot be deducted or claimed back.

14. Which type of delivery service do you use? How long will my order take to arrive?

We work with different companies depending on the destination. A package can usually be collected from us and reach its destination within 24/48 hours. Unforeseen delays at customs or shipping to unusual destinations may result in longer delivery times.

International customers who reside outside the UE or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are responsible for all custom duties, tariffs and import taxes incurred in shipping.

15. Tracking

You can follow your purchase clicking link with the tracking number sent to your email. Remember that it is not possible to change the destination address once the purchase is done.

16. What is your return policy?

If you want to return your item, you need to send us an email in the next 24 hours the item is received explaining the reason. As soon as possible we will contact you to manage the package pickup.

Once the item is received and checked by our team, and if it’s in the original conditions, we will send you by email a voucher with the proper amount. This coupon will be valid for 90 days.

The original and return shipping costs, as well as any damage not previously presented, must be paid by the customer.

17. What is your private policy?

All the personal information you provide us is absolutely confidential. We will not reveal or sell it.
